We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your parts list and shipping information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at sales@versadeck.com if you have questions. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement part or additional parts, we can RUSH your order for quickest possible delivery. Of course, if we made an error, we will replace/correct your order free of charge to you. All orders are MADE TO ORDER, NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Inspect products at time of delivery and report any damages immediately to both the truck driver and us. Make sure the driver provides you documentation to prove you reported the damage. Contact us before the truck driver leaves the property. This is important to make sure the damage will be covered as it is insured if reported correctly. |
